Mixed Fruit Gelatin


Ingredients:
1 pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup canned "lite"fruit chunks, drained
 
How to prepare Mixed Fruit Gelatin:
  • Put the orange gelatin powder into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the boiling water and mix until the powder is dissolved.
  • Add the cold water and mix.
  • Arrange the fruit in four dessert dishes.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture over the fruit.
  • Chill for 3-4 hours.
  • Top with a garnish of your favorite white topping, if desired.
