Ingredients:
1 pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup canned "lite"fruit chunks, drained
How to prepare Mixed Fruit Gelatin:
- Put the orange gelatin powder into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the boiling water and mix until the powder is dissolved.
- Add the cold water and mix.
- Arrange the fruit in four dessert dishes.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the fruit.
- Chill for 3-4 hours.
- Top with a garnish of your favorite white topping, if desired.
